Description
The Workshop will consider the factors that have contributed to what is often regarded as a contemporary identity crisis for legal theory, and reflect on the resources available elsewhere from legal history, comparative law, the study of transnational law, and the perspectives of pluralism, in accounting for the crisis and also in contributing to possible directions for legal theory.
