Description

Virtual Roundtable #22 will be based on the book “Constitutional Processes and Democratic Commitment” by Donald L. Horowitz. Esteemed panelists will discuss the book’s view that constitutional processes ought to be geared to securing commitment to democracy by those who participate in them and its case for a process intended to increase the likelihood of a democratic outcome. The Panel will also reflect on the book’s and their own perspectives of constitutional processes.
