This Virtual Roundtable will be based on Professor David Law’s new book. Panellists will discuss the book’s presentation of comparative constitutional law and policy in a political and historical as well as legal context and the challenges to liberal constitutional democracy addressing pressing concerns about democratic backsliding and illiberal and/or authoritarian regimes.
