Walter graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2019 with a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours). He is admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. He previously trained and practiced in the Mergers & Acquisitions department of Drew & Napier LLC where he provided advice and assisted on a range of transactions, including venture capital investments, public takeovers, and restructurings.
Walter’s research interests lie primarily in corporate law, specifically financial regulation and corporate governance.
