Lan Luh Luh has a PhD (Business Policy) from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and a LLM (First Class) in Commercial Law from the University of Cambridge. She researches and teaches in the areas of company law, company finance law and corporate governance. She is the author of Essentials of Corporate law and Governance in Singapore (2nd edition, 2022) and has published in top management and law journals such as the Academy of Management Review, Harvard Business Review, Journal of Public Policy and Marketing, Journal of Business Law, and Singapore Journal of Legal Studies.

Lan Luh Luh has a PhD (Business Policy) from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and a LLM (First Class) in Commercial Law from the University of Cambridge. She researches and teaches in the areas of company law, company finance law and corporate governance. She is the author of Essentials of Corporate law and Governance in Singapore (2nd edition, 2022) and has published in top management and law journals such as the Academy of Management Review, Harvard Business Review, Journal of Public Policy and Marketing, Journal of Business Law, and Singapore Journal of Legal Studies. She is an ECGI research member, the Chairperson for the Global Corporate Governance Colloquia (2018-2020) and a Board member of the International Corporate Governance Society (2016-2022). She is also on the editorial board for International and Comparative Corporate Law Journal. Some of the administrative positions she used to hold include: the Assistant Dean at NUS Business School (2008-09), the Deputy Director for the Centre for Commercial Law Studies/EW Barker Centre for Law & Business (2012-2015) and the Academic Director of the UCLA-NUS EMBA Programme (2016-2021). She is currently the Co-Director of the LL.M. (International Business Law) Programme.
