Takuma KUMASHIRO

Dr. Takuma Kumashiro is an Associate Professor at the Graduate School of Law, Kobe University, specializing in corporate law and governance with a focus on ESG. He writes extensively in both Japanese and English in the fields of company law, securities law, and contract law. He holds an LL.D. (2019), LL.M. (2017), and LL.B. (2015) from Kobe University.
