Janina HARMS
Janina is a PhD candidate in Business Law at the University of Siegen. Her research investigates the `Prevention and Mastery of Board Disputes from an Interdisciplinary Perspective´ by analyzing the interface of company law and psychology. The focus of her research stay at the National University of Singapore is to create and to conduct qualitative interviews to explore international shareholder conflict management strategies. For the purpose of gaining theoretical knowledge in the subject of psychology, she attended the Summer School at Harvard University in 2022.

Janina is a PhD candidate in Business Law at the University of Siegen. During her dissertation, Janina published one article as a co-author regarding `The Fair Negotiation Imperative and Business Negotiations´. Prior to starting her dissertation, Janina graduated with an LL.M. (and LL.B.) degree in `German and European Business Law´ from the University of Siegen in 2021. In between, she worked in consulting and will continue to do so after finishing her PhD in 2024.
