Energy Arbitration

Aditya Singh is an international disputes lawyer at White & Case, specializing in international arbitration and white collar investigations. He acts as counsel in commercial and investment treaty arbitrations, and advises companies in corporate governance, internal investigations and FCPA matters.

Aditya has worked with White & Case in New York, London and Singapore and represented governments and private parties in both institutional (ICC, LCIA, ICSID, SIAC, ICDR) and ad hoc arbitral proceedings across the world.

Qualified to practice law in India, England & Wales and New York, Aditya has previously worked at the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court. He is also a frequent lecturer and author on international arbitration and Indian law.

Aditya holds law degrees from the Yale Law School and the NALSAR University of Law in India, and has completed the Public International Law Programme from The Hague Academy of International Law. During law school, he served as Senior Editor of The Yale Journal of International Law and Editor of The Yale Law & Policy Review.

Previously, Aditya was a Student Empirical Research Fellow at the Harvard Law School’s Program on the Legal Profession and a Grotius Fellow and Visiting Scholar at the University of Michigan Law School.
