
Amy BARROW
Dr Amy Barrow is Associate Professor at Macquarie Law School where she teaches International Human Rights Law, and an executive committee member of the Macquarie University Ethics and Agency Research Centre. She holds an LLB (Hons.) from Lancaster University, an LLM (Human Rights Law) from SOAS, University of London, and a PhD from Manchester University.
Amy’s scholarship engages with law and social change in Hong Kong and other jurisdictions in the Asia-Pacific; legal and policy responses to discrimination; and the role of institutional mechanisms in advancing gender equality. Her current research examines how workplace equality laws are translated into practice across the Asia-Pacific region.
