CHAN Wei Xuan Timothy
Timothy is a Sheridan Fellow at the National University of Singapore. He read law in NUS and at Harvard Law School, and is currently working on his doctorate in Harvard, where his dissertation focuses on property theory and private law theory. He has published in various fields, including equity and trusts, land and personal property law, and technology and digital assets. His research has appeared in leading journals, such as the Modern Law Review, the Law Quarterly Review, Legal Studies, and the Singapore Journal of Legal Studies, and has been cited by the UK Law Commission. Prior to joining the Faculty, Timothy practiced commercial litigation in a leading firm, where he acted in banking litigation and in joint venture disputes.
