Zhida is a Director at Helmsman LLC. He has an active practice in litigation and arbitration, with a specialisation in disputes regarding shipping and international trade.

Zhida graduated with First Class Honours in Law from the National University of Singapore (“NUS”). He also has a Masters of Law in International Legal Studies from New York University. Before joining private practice, he served as a Justices’ Law Clerk of the Supreme Court of Singapore.

He has been teaching as an adjunct at the NUS Faculty of Law since 2014.
