
CHONG  Fu Shan
Fu Shan graduated from the National University of Singapore with First Class Honours and won several subject prizes. After graduation, he was appointed a Justices’ Law Clerk and thereafter a Senior Justices’ Law Clerk, working with the Chief Justice and the Judges of the Supreme Court at both first instance and appellate levels. After completing his clerkship, he was appointed and is currently an Assistant Registrar of the Supreme Court.

Fu Shan graduated from the National University of Singapore with First Class Honours in 2022 and won subject prizes in Contract Law, Constitutional & Administrative Law, and Equity & Trusts.
He was appointed a Justices’ Law Clerk of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2023, and thereafter was one of the two law clerks in 2024 to be appointed a Senior Justices’ Law Clerk. During his clerkship, he worked closely with the Chief Justice, the Judges of the Appellate Division, the Judges of the High Court, and International Judges of the Singapore International Commercial Court on a wide range of matters spanning contract law, insolvency law, civil procedure, and criminal law and procedure. There are over 30 decisions which he reported during his clerkship.
After completing his clerkship, he was appointed an Assistant Registrar of the Supreme Court of Singapore, and currently serves in this role.
