Fabricio is a doctoral candidate and Lecturer at the Department of Law, Stockholm University.
He has a multicultural legal training and expertise from Argentina, England and Sweden. He has experience in the resolution of cross-border disputes, focusing on international trade, trade finance and trade insurance, finance, project finance and disputes involving insolvent entities. His research focuses on international arbitration law, particularly, on the allocation of jurisdictional competence between national courts and arbitral tribunals, the timing, and the character of judicial review of jurisdictional decisions made by arbitrators.
