Digital Remix in EU Copyright Law
Dr Georgia Jenkins is a Lecturer in Law at Liverpool Law School and Director of the intellectual property (IP) law LLM program. Her research focuses on the intersection of IP and public interests, namely creativity, competition and cultural heritage. Her current research topics include generative AI and authorship remuneration, platform liability/responsibility and freedom of expression, and semiotic disobedience and trade mark law.
