KOW Keng Siong
Throughout his career, Mr Kow has been involved in various aspects of criminal work – from prosecuting various types of crime and criminals, presiding over criminal trials, leading a team of officers to deal with requests by foreign Governments for mutual legal assistance and extradition, advising Government agencies on criminal justice issues, policies and iniatives, to representing the Singapore Government in negotiations and conferences at the bilateral, regional and multilateral forums, particularly in areas relating to international criminal justice issues.
