Professor Kon Sik Kim is Professor of Law at Seoul National University (SNU). He specializes in corporate and securities law. A graduate of the SNU College of Law, he got an LL.M. from Harvard Law School, and a J.D. and a Ph.D. from University of Washington Law School. He served as Dean of the SNU College of Law and was in charge of setting up a new U.S.-style law school at SNU.
