Lisa Yu is a PhD candidate at the University of Göttingen, Germany. She studied law in Heidelberg and Hong Kong and completed her studies at the University of Heidelberg with the First German State Examination (Mag. iur.). Before coming to NUS, she conducted research at the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law in Cambridge. Lisa’s research interests lie in the area of International Investment Law, with a particular focus on China and the current challenges and opportunities in this field.
