Matthew Frey is a DPhil Candidate in Law at the University of Oxford, supervised by Professor Robert Stevens. His research examines the meaning of “election” in contract law: specifically, in cases of rescission and termination. Matthew is a Stipendiary Lecturer in Contract Law at Keble College, University of Oxford.
