Rachel has a substantial depth of experience in mergers and acquisitions, including joint venture and venture capital investments. She has advised extensively on the structuring and financing of such transactions. Her experience includes having represented clients in a number of Asian cross-border transactions, including Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Thailand. She also has considerable experience in corporate and debt restructuring, as well as the structuring and documentation of loan transactions and debt instruments, and in project financing.
