Samuel graduated from NUS with an LL.B. (First Class Honours) in 2021. He is presently with the Commercial & Corporate Disputes Practice at WongPartnership LLP. Samuel’s main areas of practice are in litigation and international arbitration, involving a wide spectrum of complex, cross-border, high value commercial and corporate disputes.

Outside of his regular caseload, Samuel is an accredited mediator, and also acts for clients in a pro bono capacity under the Criminal Legal Aid Scheme.

Samuel graduated from NUS with an LL.B. (First Class Honours) in 2021. He is presently with the Commercial & Corporate Disputes Practice at WongPartnership LLP. Samuel’s main areas of practice are in litigation and international arbitration, involving a wide spectrum of complex, cross-border, high value commercial and corporate disputes. He has acted for clients of various profiles, including States and state-owned entities, multi-national corporations and high net-worth individuals, in international arbitrations and at all levels of the Singapore Courts.

During his time at NUS, Samuel represented NUS (with accolades) in the International Trademark Association (INTA) Asia-Pacific Moot Court Competition and the INSOL International Ian Fletcher International Insolvency Law Moot Competition. Samuel also clinched top awards in domestic mooting competitions, including the prestigious B.A. Mallal Moot, the Gowling WLG Intellectual Property Moot and the Forensic Science Advocacy Cup.

Samuel is also an accredited mediator. He obtained his accreditation as a mediator by the Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI), and is on the panel of international mediators of Singapore-based Sage Mediation. Prior to joining WongPartnership LLP, Samuel was a Consultant with SIMI, and was a Young IP Mediator with the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore.
