Jocelyn is a Deputy Public Prosecutor and State Counsel in the Advocacy Group of the Attorney-General’s Chambers. She obtained a Masters of Arts in Law from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Civil Law from the University of Oxford on a Public Service Commission Overseas Merit Scholarship (Legal Service).
