Tobias Eule is Professor for the Sociology of Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Bern. He studied at the London School of Economics and the University of Cambridge between 2005 and 2009, and completed his PhD in Cambridge in 2012. After stints as Post-Doc and Assistant Professor, he now holds a tenured Professorship in Bern. He was also a visitor at the Centre for Socio-Legal Studies in Oxford and Fellow at the Department of Anthropology at the London School of Economics. Since 2019, he has led the Sociology of Law Research Group at the Hamburg Institute for Social Research, where he is a Distinguished Research Fellow.
