Victor graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LL.B. (First Class Honours) in 2017. He also obtained an LLM in International Legal Studies from New York University that same year. He then served as a Justices’ Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of Singapore. Victor is presently in private practice, practising commercial litigation and arbitration.
