Xin WEN
Miss Wen is a Ph.D. candidate at the East China University of Political Science and Law (“ECUPL”), Shanghai, China. She holds a Bachelor of Laws in Economic Law track (ECUPL), a Master of International Business Taxation (Tilburg University, Netherlands), and a second Master of Laws in International Law track (ECUPL). During her study, she also had part-time research experiences in municipal People’s Congress and a think tank. Besides her academic interest, she worked as a senior consultant in one “Big Four” and a tax lawyer in an international law firm.

Miss Wen’s research is mainly focused on the tax treatments of non-corporate entities (e.g., trust, partnership, CIV) and the implementation of International (soft) Tax laws under domestic law system.
