To celebrate the end of Academic Year 2025, our doctoral students came together for a special dinner at Cali in Rochester Park. The evening was hosted by our Vice Dean (Research), Professor Lynette Chua, and we were also delighted to be joined by Vincent Hoppman, Visiting Researcher from the Max Planck Institute.

The dinner marked a wonderful conclusion to a productive year of intellectual exchange. Throughout the year, we hosted 11 doctoral workshops featuring students from Years 1 to 4, who presented their ongoing research. These sessions fostered a vibrant environment for scholarly growth, allowing our PhD candidates to receive constructive feedback from peers, commentators, and guests. Here’s to a year of shared purpose and the strong collegial spirit that drives our research community forward.
