Lionel Yee Woon Chin, SC, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Law from Downing College, the University of Cambridge, UK in 1988 and obtained a Master of Laws (International Legal Studies) degree from the New York University, USA in 1999. He was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1993.
Mr Yee started his legal practice in the Attorney-General’s Chambers (AGC) in 1991. He has held appointments in the Civil Division, the International Affairs Division and the Criminal Justice Division of the AGC and in the Ministry of Law. He was the Director-General of the International Affairs Division from 2008-2012. Mr Yee served as the Second Solicitor-General from 1 January 2011, before being appointed as Judicial Commissioner on 1 February 2013. He was appointed Senior Counsel in January 2013. Mr Yee was appointed the Solicitor-General on 1 February 2014 and assumed office as Deputy Attorney-General on 14 January 2017.
Adrien Schifano is since 2023 an associate professor at the Institute for International Strategy of Tokyo International University (Tokyo, Japan), where he teaches courses in international law and organization. He holds a Ph. D in Law issued by Hitotsubashi University. His doctoral thesis explored consequential aspects of an international personality of international organizations over the international legal order and the fragmentation that ensues. His main area of interest is international organizations from the perspective of law and politics, with a focus on Asia. He has published in the International Organizations Law Review, the Chinese Journal of International Law and the Revue Générale de Droit International Public, and presented papers at conferences both home and abroad.
Alan Tan is Professor at the NUS Law School, specialising in Aviation Law, Maritime Law, Criminal Law and Environmental Law. Born in Penang, Malaysia, Alan was educated at the Penang Free School and Raffles Junior College, subsequently obtaining an LL.B from NUS and an LL.M and J.S.D. from Yale Law School. He was the winner of the Koh Han Kok Prize for International Law at NUS, and his doctoral thesis on the law and politics of shipping regulation won the Ambrose Gherini International Law Prize at Yale Law School.
Alexey Ilin is an S.J.D. candidate at KoGuan Law School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He studies international law of outer space and the legal regime on celestial bodies. Alexey was born in the Western Siberia part of Russia and received his Bachelor’s degree from Altai State University. He continued his education at the Bush School of Texas A&M University where he received his Master’s degree in International Affairs. While in the United States, he was a recipient of Fulbright scholarship and an Edmund S. Muskie fellow. Alexey is currently residing in Shanghai, China, where he is writing his doctoral dissertation. He has previously presented his research on outer space law and economy for New York University Shanghai and China Institute of Space Law.
Andrea Harrington currently serves as the Co-Director of the Institute of Air and Space Law and Associate Professor in the McGill Faculty of Law. She is a member of the editorial board for the McGill Annals of Air and Space Law, New Space, and the American Bar Association publication The Air and Space Lawyer as well as providing peer review for numerous other publications including Acta Astronautica and Space Policy. Among other publications, she is the author of the book “Space Insurance and the Law: Maximizing Private Activities in Outer Space,” which won the British Insurance Law Association Book Prize for 2022. Prof. Harrington is a licensed attorney in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She also teaches in the Space Resources Program for the Colorado School of Mines. Her current research focuses on the use of the principle of due regard in space law and international law. Prof. Harrington previously served as Dean of Space Education at Air University for the United States Space Force (USSF), where she was responsible for overseeing the West Space Seminar and Schriever Space Scholars, as well as leading Guardian Education development efforts for USSF Space Delta 13. In that role, she led the establishment of ground-breaking USSF academic programs in Washington DC through Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies. Prior to that role, she served as Chair of the Department of Spacepower and Director of the Schriever Space Scholars concentration at Air Command and Staff College, where she was a Full Professor of Military and Security Studies.
Anna Blechová is a PhD student at the Institute of Law and Technology, Masaryk University. Her research focuses on the legal aspects of cybersecurity in outer space, with a specific focus on the area of New Space. Anna holds a law degree from Masaryk University and has previously interned at the Law Branch of the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence in Tallinn, Estonia and the National Cyber and Information Security Agency (NÚKIB) in Czechia. In addition to her PhD studies, she currently works as a cybersecurity manager at the Prosecutor General’s Office in Czechia.
Benjamyn I. Scott is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Air and Space Law (IIASL), and eLaw – Center for Law and Digital Technologies. He has a strong background in developing and emerging technologies, where he has concentrated on unmanned aircraft systems (remotely piloted and autonomously flown), urban air mobility and innovative air mobility (eVTOL, societal acceptance and multimodality), cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and unmanned traffic management. Here, Dr Scott supports different stakeholder groups, presents at conferences, publishes journal articles and books, lectures at different universities around the world, and applies for different funding grants. He is also an Editor on the following journal: Air & Space Law, Aviation & Space Law Journal, ICUAS e-Magazine, Drones (Guest Editor), and Journal of Intelligent & Robotic Systems (Guest Editor).
David is a M&A Senior Associate at Clifford Chance Singapore, and is part of the firm's global space sector group. David advises leading corporates and private equity houses on public and private M&A, joint ventures and corporate transactions. David co-founded Malaysia Space Initiative (MiSI), a non-profit promoting the space industry in Malaysia, his native country. David regularly contributes to space policy and law related research and advocacy.
David Tan was Vice Dean (Academic Affairs) at NUS Law from January 2015 to June 2021. He holds a PhD from Melbourne Law School (2010), a LLM from Harvard (1999), and graduated with a LLB (First Class Honours)/BCom from the University of Melbourne (1995). He has taught courses at Melbourne Law School (Intellectual Property & Popular Culture; Constitutional Law) and University of Hong Kong, Faculty of Law (Entertainment Law). David was formerly with the Singapore Administrative Service, serving as Director of Sports at Ministry of Community Development, Youth & Sports and Director of International Talent at Ministry of Manpower. He has also had work experience at McKinsey & Company and DBS Bank. At NUS Law, David pioneered courses in Entertainment Law, Fashion Law, Freedom of Speech, and Privacy & Data Protection Law. His areas of research cover personality rights, copyright, trademarks, freedom of expression, constitutional law and tort law, and his articles have been cited on a number of occasions by the Singapore Court of Appeal and High Court.
David has published over 60 articles, comments, book chapters and review essays since joining NUS Law in 2008. In the area of law, he has published in a diverse range of journals such as the Harvard Journal of Sports & Entertainment Law, Yale Journal of International Law, Sydney Law Review, Law Quarterly Review, Law & Literature, International Journal for the Semiotics of Law, Media & Arts Law Review, Singapore Journal of Legal Studies, Torts Law Journal and Australian Intellectual Property Journal. His monograph — The Commercial Appropriation of Fame: A Cultural Analysis of the Right of Publicity & Passing Off — on celebrity personality rights was published by Cambridge University Press in hardback in 2017, and in paperback in 2018. He has published extensively and also has a notable career as a fine art and fashion photographer.
Di Mei received his doctoral degree in air and space law from McGill University Faculty of Law, Canada in 2022. He serves as an assistant professor at Law School, Shenzhen University in China. He worked at the Legal Affairs and External Relations Bureau of ICAO from 2022-2023 before joining Shenzhen University. His research interests are air law, space law, and their intersections with international law and the role of private parties.
Dr Donal Hanley is Associate Professor and Associate Director of the Institute of Air and Space Law at McGill University. Admitted to practice in Ireland, England and Wales, California and Taiwan, he has worked as an aviation finance lawyer in Ireland, England, Japan, California and Egypt. He holds an LLM and PhD from Leiden University and is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the European Air Law Association, a member of the Editorial Board of Air and
Space Law, and Editor in Chief of the Annals of Air and Space Law.
He is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Hague Court for Arbitration in Aviation and a non-executive director of a number of aviation companies.
Ee Hsiun is currently a Justices’ Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of Singapore. He was formerly a State Counsel & Deputy Public Prosecutor at the Attorney-General’s Chambers.
He graduated with a first in law from the University of Oxford (St John's College), where he was a member of the university’s Jessup team, an associate editor of the undergraduate law journal, and the master of moots for his college’s law society. His work has been published in, amongst other publications, the Journal of Business Law.
Gérardine Goh Escolar is Full Professor (Adjunct) at the Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore. She is dual common- and civil-law trained, and read law at the National University of Singapore (LL.B. (Hons.)), University College London (LL.M.), and Leiden University (Dr. iur.). She has taught and conducted research at universities on three continents, including as Brandon Fellow at the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law, University of Cambridge. Gérardine Goh Escolar is a member of the bar of New York State.
Hamza Hameed is a Pakistani lawyer who works as a Senior Practice Manager for Access Partnership in Singapore. He is a member of the ITU Secretary-General’s Youth Advisory Board and served as the Chair of the Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC) from 2022-2024. He supports governments and the private sector with policy, regulatory, and compliance-related matters in the space, satellite, and telecommunications industries. Prior to this, Hamza worked as part of the Secretariat of UNIDROIT in Rome. He led the effort towards establishing an international system of secured transactions law for the space sector, as well as advising governments on issues related to blockchain law and crypto law.
Hamza holds an LLM from the International Institute for Air and Space Law at Leiden University. He teaches spacecraft financing at various universities and is a member of the International Institute for Space Law (IISL).

Jack is the Editor of the Annals of Air and Space Law, produced by the Institute of Air and Space Law, McGill University, an Adjunct Research Fellow at the Centre for Banking and Finance Law, National University of Singapore, and a Doctoral Candidate at the Faculty of Law, McGill University.
His research focuses on areas of domestic and international air and space law, the intersections between law, science and technology, and the abuse of rights doctrine. His research is supported by funding from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada, and his work has been cited in publications from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, the United States Institute of Peace, the European Parliament, and in amicus curiae submissions before the United States Supreme Court.

James is a Deputy Senior State Counsel with the International Affairs Division of the Attorney-General’s Chambers Singapore and a former secondee to the Legal and External Affairs Bureau of the International Civil Aviation Organization. He practises and publishes in public international law, including international aviation law. He holds a LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and a LL.M. in International Legal Studies from New York University. He is dual-qualified in Singapore and New York.
Joel is a Research Fellow at Flinders University’s Jeff Bleich Centre for Democracy and Disruptive Technologies. Joel researches the laws applicable to private and commercial activities in new operating domains. Joel’s main research focuses on the design, implementation and reform of regulatory regimes for commercial space activities. Beyond space-related law, Joel also specialises in regulatory regimes for emerging technologies.
Joel is an Australian legal practitioner, specialising in regulatory compliance matters in sectors including privacy, data protection, consumer protection, and competition and anti-trust, amongst other areas. Joel is the Chair of the Law Society of South Australia’s Space Law Committee, a Research Affiliate of the Australian Centre for Space Governance, and was a founding director of the Space Law Council of Australia and New Zealand.
Jonathan is the Executive Director at the Office for Space Technology & Industry (OSTIn), Singapore’s national space office.

Mr. Hung was formerly the Executive Chairman of Singapore Space and Technology Limited (SSTL), Asia Pacific’s leading organisation focused on developing the space technology industry.
Jonathan chairs the Asia Pacific Sub-Committee at the International Astronautical Federation, and is an Honorary Board Member at the Space Generation Advisory Council. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, double majoring in Aerospace Science and Aviation Business Administration.
Juliana Téllez-Wilches holds a Masters in Air and Space Law from the University of Mississippi, a Master of Laws from the University of Washington, and a Law degree (JD) with an emphasis on commercial law from Universidad Del Rosario in Bogota, Colombia. Currently, she is taking the necessary steps to become a law practitioner in New York. Beyond her formal education, Juliana is also a founder member of the Colombian Institute of Consumer Law (ICODECO) and the Colombian Aviation Law Association (C.A.D.A), where she serves as the Head of Academic Affairs. Moreover, Juliana's professional experience in the field includes working as a Senior Associate in the aviation law department at Del Hierro Abogados in Colombia for five years, and an internship at the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
Kinga Kolasa-Sokolowska works as a client advisor at Marsh Broker Japan, where she is responsible for contract advisory for aviation and aerospace clients. She provides a day-to-day assistance to Asia-based Clients by reviewing and producing insurance documentation as well as advising on insurance requirements in contracts from the perspective of risk allocation and aviation insurance. She is also a lecturer at Rikkyo University’s College of Law and Politics in Tokyo. Her research interests include contractual risk management, risks and the impact of cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence on the aviation sector. She wrote a chapter titled “Artificial intelligence and risk preparedness in the aviation industry” for the book Routledge Research in the Law of Emerging Technologies: Regulating Artificial Intelligence in Industry, edited by D.M. Bielicki (2021).
Kirthan Shenoy is a Research Scholar at Gujarat National Law University (GNLU), Gandhinagar, India, under the supervision of Dr Divya Tyagi (Head, V.S. Mani Centre for Air and Space Law). His work presently focuses on legal issues affecting the Unmanned Aircraft Ecosystem in India. He holds a Master of Law L.L.M degree in Corporate and Commercial Law from Christ (Deemed to be University) India and a Bachelors (BBA LLB) degree from Symbiosis International (Deemed to be University) India. He also holds a Diploma in Entrepreneurship Administration and Business Laws from West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, India. He has worked as an In-House Counsel and has four years of experience advising companies across India as an Independent Legal Consultant. His areas of interest include Air and Space Law, Technology Law and Policy.
Marcus Sim is a Legal Counsel at Changi Airport Group in Singapore, where he handles intellectual property, commercial contracts, consumer protection, and data privacy. Previously, he worked at Joseph Tan Jude Benny LLP, specializing in dispute resolution. Marcus holds a First Class Honours degree in Law from the University of Leicester and certifications in personal data protection and information privacy. He is proficient in both English and Mandarin. Marcus is active in professional circles, participating in conferences like ACC APAC 2024, and has a strong interest in IP management and legal compliance within the aviation industry.
Melissa de Zwart is the Deputy Director and a Chief Investigator of the ARC Centre of Excellence in Plants 4 Space and Professor, Space Law and Governance, Andy Thomas Centre for Space Resources, University of Adelaide.
Melissa has published extensively in the areas of commercial, civil and military uses of outer space, encompassing domestic and international space law. She works closely with the Australian space industry, including serving as Deputy Director and Board Member of the Space Industry Association of Australia. Melissa is a Member of the International Institute of Space Law and a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Law.
Melissa joined the University of Adelaide in 2011 and was Dean of Law 2017- 2021. She holds a PhD from Monash University, an LLM, BA (Hons) and LLB (Hons) from the University of Melbourne.
Neha Singh is an academic in the legal field who recently transitioned into academia from the legal profession. She is presently working as an Assistant Professor at the School of Law UPES Dehradun, Uttarakhand. She brings rich legal experience as a lawyer to the academic world and as an academician now provides theoretical education in law tampered with the richness of her experience as a lawyer. Before joining UPES, her career path was shaped by a dual passion: navigating the intricacies of the law and illuminating those complexities for future generations. She was also a practicing lawyer and a legal adviser for various government organizations. She holds an LL.M. degree in intellectual property laws from the National Law University, Jodhpur, and obtained a Ph.D. from Manav Rachna University, Faridabad, Haryana. Her areas of research are Corporate Laws, Intellectual Property Rights, Research Methodology, and International Laws.
Nivedita is a research fellow at the Centre for International Law, National University of Singapore, working in the energy law and policy team. Her research focus is at two levels: at the international level on law and policy issues that cut across the energy, nuclear, ocean, security and environmental sectors, including those relating to the conceptualisation of international energy law, exploring legal and policy frameworks that can promote energy justice, governance of floating nuclear power plants and the use of environmental assessments to enhance transboundary consultation in the nuclear context; and at the regional level on conceptualising 'ASEAN nuclear governance' and the development of ASEAN energy norms. Her primary research interests lie at the intersections of different areas of international law. Recent projects include studying the nexus between nuclear weapons and climate change, interlinkages between nuclear and other fields, and the intersection of nuclear and space law.
Dr Pai Zheng is an assistant professor of international law at East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPL), Shanghai, China. He lectures on international air law, public international law and international moot court competition courses for undergraduate and postgraduate students. He is also an editorial member of the international journal Air & Space Law published by Kluwer Law International, a commissioning editor of the Chinese journal China Aviation Law Review published by Law Press China, an expert and lecturer at the Institute of Air and Space Law Aerohelp, St. Petersburg, Russia, a research fellow at the ECUPL Centre for Rule of Law Strategy Studies, and the academic coordinator of the Aviation Law Association of Shanghai Law Society. Dr Zheng obtained an LLM from ECUPL with a specialization in public international law, an LLM advanced studies in air and space law from Leiden University, the Netherlands, and a PhD in Law (magna cum laude) from ECUPL. He has published several articles in English and in Chinese in the field of air and space law and he published his doctoral thesis Carrier Liability in International Air Passenger Transportation with Law Press China in 2016. Dr Zheng is currently researching legal issues of unmanned aviation, including a consulting project about the local legislation on civil unmanned aircraft systems.
Paul is an Academic Fellow at the Centre for Banking & Finance Law at NUS Law, as well as a partner at Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP. With more than 25 years of experience, Ng advises lenders, leasing companies, borrowers, lessees and arrangers on aviation transactions such as asset-backed bond issuances and aircraft acquisitions. His landmark deals include representing Indonesia’s Lion Air on its $24 billion order for over 230 Airbus aircraft, and Vietnam’s VietJet on its $9 billion purchase of 92 Airbus aircraft and a $800 million order for CFM engines. Prior to joining Rajah & Tann, Ng was a partner and global head of aviation at Milbank and at Stephenson Harwood. He earlier spent a decade at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
Prof. (Dr.) Sandeepa Bhat is working as a Professor and Director of Centre for Aviation and Space Laws at National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata. He has the teaching and research experience of over twenty years after completing his master degree with first rank and double gold medals. He holds the unique feet of being the first Indian to be inducted as the UNIDROIT Correspondent for India. Dr. Bhat has published eleven books (six on space law) and more than sixty articles in the journals of international and national repute. He is the recipient of the inaugural Sachdeva Award for Space Law 2022 in recognition of his outstanding contribution to space law. He has presented over 170 research papers in the international and national conferences. He also has the distinction of being a member of the Indian Space Research Organization’s Expert Group for drafting the National Space Act for India.
Sara Langston is an Assistant Professor of Space Operations at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. She is an international aerospace lawyer, practical ethicist, and U.S. Army veteran with a technical aviation background. As a consultant, Dr Langston provides strategic advice to government agencies and private industry on developing national space law and policy, space applications, and commercial human spaceflight. Dr. Langston holds a Ph.D. in the History and Philosophy of Science; a J.D. with specialization in Public International Law; an LL.M. in Air and Space Law; and a Space Studies Certificate in Physical Sciences from the International Space University. In addition, Dr. Langston served as an UNOOSA Space4Women Mentor and is a member of the International Institute of Space Law, the Royal Aeronautical Society, and the New York and District of Columbia Bars.
Shinjni Kharbanda is a Lead - Corporate Legal at Air India Limited (Air India). Her role at Air India involves providing legal advice to the internal teams on complex aviation transactions. She was awarded the Air India ChangeMaker Award in 2023 for her contributions in the Air India transformation journey. Prior to working at Air India, Shinjni received an opportunity to work at various leading companies and law firms such as TransferWise Inc. (New York), InterGlobe Aviation Limited (IndiGo), SpiceJet Limited (SpiceJet) and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. Shinjni has completed the LL.M. program at the NYU School of Law in 2016. At the NYU School of Law, she was selected as the Graduate Editor of the NYU Journal of Law and Business and the LL.M. Representative of the NYU South Asian Law Students Association. She has published articles in international law journals, national law journals and legal magazines on several legal topics. She has even received a certificate for excellence in publication in Christ University. Currently, she is writing a book on Indian aviation law, scheduled for publication in 2024.
Shubhamay is an India-qualified lawyer, presently based out of Delhi. A Leiden University alumni, he completed his Advanced LL.M in Air and Space Law, where he was introduced to various nuances of aviation and space law.
Shubhamay is extremely passionate about Aviation and Outer Space. His love for airplanes and spacecraft from his childhood days culminated into his inspiration to carve a niche for himself in the aviation and outer space sector.
Having completed his education in Leiden, Shubhamay returned home to India in 2023. It is his vision to help in the development of non-governmental space activities in India.
Simon Sun is an incoming Assistant Professor at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, and a S.J.D. candidate at Indiana University, Maurer School of Law. His research concerns platform liability, privacy, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and blockchain governance. He examines the liability of Internet intermediaries and algorithmic harm in his dissertation research. His most recent work includes a forthcoming publication entitled “Defending Taiwan’s Democracy in the Internet Commons,” in an edited volume published by Cambridge University Press. He iss the founding committee chair of the Maurer Global Forum and the co-founder of Law as Science, an academic initiative that explores different research methodologies. Simon Sun holds an LL.M. degree from Duke Law School and an LL.B. degree from National Chung Cheng University.
Srabani Gupta, an Associate Professor at Heritage Law College, University of Calcutta, holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Law) from the University of Calcutta, earned in 2015. Her thesis focused on “Intellectual Property Rights and its Enforcement in India with Special Reference to the TRIPS Agreement.” Additionally, she possesses an LL.M in Business Laws and an LLB from the University of Calcutta. With nearly 15 years of teaching experience in affiliated law colleges, Dr. Gupta now prefers multidisciplinary research. Her teaching primarily centers on the University of Calcutta’s BALLB curriculum, with a keen interest in Intellectual Property Rights and the Criminal Justice system.
Stacey Henderson is Senior Research Fellow in Law at Flinders University, South Australia. Her research focuses on the protective capacity of international law, including the governance of outer space and space technology and sustained human presence in space. Dr Henderson is a Director of the Space Law Council of Australia and New Zealand, a Council member of the Australian and New Zealand Society for International Law, and a member of the International Institute of Space Law.
Stefan-Michael is the Executive Director of the Institute of Air and Space Law, McGill University, where he is also a doctoral candidate in space law.
Tony Payne is a partner in the Aviation practice of DLA Piper, based in London. Having practised for over a decade as an aviation lawyer in the UK and before that as a commercial lawyer in Australia, he has accumulated significant multi-national and domestic experience advising clients on all manner of regulatory and commercial matters in the aviation sector. He is a Solicitor of the High Court of Australia, a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, and a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland.
Trang Anh Mac is a reporter at AstraIA Gear. Her research focuses on international commercial laws, intellectual property and technology laws. She holds an LLM. in Digital law of Paris XII Est-Créteil and has professional experiences both in France and Vietnam in these sectors.
Urszula McCormack is a partner at King & Wood Mallesons, and one of the world's leading regulatory and digital economy lawyers, with a focus on emerging technologies, including in the space sector. Urszula is a member of multiple advisory bodies and has been appointed to the Panel of Recognised International Market Experts (P.R.I.M.E.). She is regularly invited to brief governments, regulators and transnational policymakers. Urszula is admitted to practice law in Hong Kong, Australia and England & Wales and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS). Vincent Correia is Full Professor of Law since 2014. Before joining McGill University, he served as Professor of Public Law in France, at the Université de Poitiers (2014-2017) and Université Paris-Saclay (2017-2023). In parallel, he has been a Visiting Professor at Leiden University (the Netherlands) for almost a decade. He intervened as a guest lecturer at several Universities throughout the world, in Europe, South America, South-East and Central Asia most notably. He is fluent in French, English and Spanish. His current research focuses on the study of the interactions between international air law and national and regional legislations, from a multi-level perspective. He addresses emerging trends in the field of environmental protection, competition law, liability and passengers’ rights, as well as the liberalization of the air transport sector. He lectured, in the last years, Air Law, Public International Law and European Union Law. He has published numerous articles and case commentaries on aviation law in English, French and Spanish. He has been co-editor of the Revue Française de Droit Aérien et Spatial and member of the boards of editors of the Aviation and Space Journal and the Air & Space Law journals. He is member of the board of the Société Française de Droit Aérien et Spatial and member of the International Law Association and the Association Française d'Études Européennes.
