ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE & ROBOTS

This is the first part of a two-part article on artificial intelligence evaluation regimes in Singapore and worldwide. This part reviews the fast-growing Singapore regime, as seen from recent guidelines that were issued by the Personal Data Protection Commission and also a broad ranging consultation that was conducted on generative AI governance. The second part will review AI evaluation regimes in other jurisdictions and international organisations, setting out their similarities and differences in comparison and contrast to the Singapore regime.
