Adrian Tan ‘91 represents clients in disputes involving intellectual property, information technology, confidential information and defamation, and shareholder and corporate disputes, while Daniel Yong ’96 specialises in investment funds and cross-border private equity and mergers and acquisitions transactions.

Daniel Chia ’05 represents litigation and arbitration clients in investment disputes, shareholder litigation, fraud prosecution and securities and regulatory enforcement proceedings in the banking, finance, and investment industries. Eva Marianne Lötscher-Jaggi, M.C.L. ’97 took the opportunity to visit the Bukit Timah Campus while holidaying in Singapore with her beautiful family. Eva shares that she is now working as Secretary General of the Appeal Committee for the University of Bern, Switzerland, and sends her best greetings to all NUS Law Alumni, “It was a great pleasure to visit the Bukit Timah Campus of NUS after attending the Masters in Comparative Law course 20 years ago, and to find out the latest news of the Law Faculty. I have many happy memories of my time in Singapore and at NUS Law. Congratulations on celebrating your 60th Anniversary!”
