The Oxford Studies in Private Law Theory is a biennial forum for some of the best new work in private law theory by scholars from around the world. The series publishes exceptional work exploring the full range of private law domains and doctrines—including contract, property, tort, and fiduciary law, as well as equity, unjust enrichment, and remedies—and employing diverse methodological approaches to individual areas of private law as well as to private law in general.
Oxford University Press invites submissions for Volume IV of Oxford Studies in Private Law Theory. This esteemed series showcases groundbreaking research and diverse perspectives in private law theory. Accepted papers were presented at the Workshop.

Accepted papers will be presented at the Oxford Studies in Private Law Theory Workshop 2025 that is hosted by the Centre for Legal Theory (CLT) and co-hosts, the Private Law Research Discussion Group (PLDG) and EW Barker Centre for Law & Business (EWBCLB) at National University of Singapore.
Accepted papers are published open access thanks to the Notre Dame Program on Private Law.
