Description

This conference aims to
(1) present the first findings on a variety of Asian contract laws on ending and changing performance;
(2) critically comment upon and discuss the first drafts leading up to volume VI of the Studies in the Asian Laws of Contract series;
(3) map out the path to publication of these papers
