The Workshop was initially scheduled to be held in person, in conjunction with the 17th ASLI Conference in New Delhi in June 2020. However, due to restrictions in travel, the Workshop was postponed. It will now be held virtually over 3 half-day sessions from 11-13 January 2021.
At the Workshop, established Asian law scholars will review and comment on their assigned Junior Scholar’s paper followed by a constructive discussion among all participants. This process aims to provide a meaningful learning experience for promising Junior Scholars and create valuable links between the next generation of leading Asian law scholars and current leaders in the field of Asian legal studies.
In order to provide an even more productive experience for our Junior Scholars, we have this year included two exclusive Masterclasses relating to publishing books and journal articles.
