CALS, EWBCLB and Vanderbilt Law School hold conference on Comparative Corporate Law & Governance
July 26, 2019 | Programmes
The Centre for Asian Legal Studies (CALS) and EW Barker Centre for Law & Business (EWBCLB) in NUS Law and Vanderbilt Law School jointly organised a two-day conference on “Comparative Corporate Law & Governance: Asian and Global Perspectives” at NUS Law on 25 and 26 July 2019.
The conference brings together leading comparative corporate law scholars from Asia and important non-Asian jurisdictions to produce cutting-edge scholarship to advance the field of comparative corporate law and governance; and strengthens research links between NUS Law and Vanderbilt Law School faculty members as well as with networks of other leaders in the field of comparative corporate law and governance.
A special issue in the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law on the cutting-edge topics covered at the conference will also be produced.
