The Chinese Journal of Comparative Law on Dispute Settlement in the Belt and Road Initiative edited by Faculty Members

The special issue of the Chinese Journal of Comparative Law on Dispute Settlement in the Belt and Road Initiative, edited by Associate Professor Wee Meng Seng ’93 and Associate Professor Wang Jiangyu, has been published by Oxford University Press.

The special issue is part of the research output for the conference on Dispute Settlement in the Belt and Road Initiative organized on 14 & 15 November 2019 under the auspices of EW Barker Centre for Law & Business. It features the works of Justice Steven Chong ’82, two judges from China’s Supreme People’s Court, and a number of NUS Law colleagues including Emeritus Professor Sornarajah M, Professor Tan Yock Lin, Professor Hans Tjio and our Post-Doctoral Fellow Nurgozhayeva Roza.
