Comparative Dimensions of Limitations & Expectations In Copyright Law

On 21 and 22 July 2016, over two dozen top intellectual property law professors from around the globe gathered in Singapore to discuss the comparative dimensions of limitations and exceptions in copyright law. Jointly hosted by NUS Centre for Law & Business, University of Pennsylvania Law School and University of Hong Kong Faculty of Law, participants hailed from Asia, Australia, Continental Europe, New Zealand, the UK and the United States. Officials from the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) were also invited to be observers at this highly engaging conference which covered multifarious aspects of fair dealing.
