Brief Biodata

Amardeep possesses significant experience in criminal defence practice, specialising in white-collar crime, corruption and money-laundering offences, international sanctions violations and regulatory compliance. He started his career as a Deputy Public Prosecutor / State Counsel in Singaporeís Attorney-Generalís Chambers ("AGC") in 2010. During his career at the AGC, Amardeep acquired advanced abilities for prosecuting commercial and corruption cases in the State and Supreme Courts of Singapore.

Amardeep's entry into private practice started at Trident Law Corporation where he pursued criminal defence work, specialising in white-collar crime. Currently, Amardeep is a Senior Associate at Edmond Pereira Law Corporation where he continues to hone his expertise in criminal litigation. He has expanded his practice to include advising clients on a wide variety of regulatory matters, crypto-currency and cyber-related issues, and conducting investigations on behalf of individuals and entities suspected of committing criminal wrongdoing.
