Brief Biodata

Dr. Ayelet Berman is adjunct assistant professor at the National University of Singapore Faculty of Law where she teaches a course on the law of global governance. She is also a Research Fellow at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva, Previously, Dr. Berman practiced law in the international trade law group at Sidley Austin LLP in Geneva, and at Herzog,Fox & Neeman in Tel Aviv.

Dr. Berman's research is interdisciplinary, bridging law, public policy and international relations. Her PhD Reining in the Regulators: Transnational Regulatory Networks and Accountability was awarded the 2015 SNIS Award for Best PhD in International Studies. She currently heads a research project on Rethinking Stakeholder Engagement in International Governance. She has published several book chapters, journal articles and an edited book, and has an article forthcoming in the International Journal of Constitutional Law.
