Brief Biodata

Joseph graduated with an LLB (Hons) from NUS in 1991, and a PhD from University College London in 2003. He has been an inhouse counsel in a Singapore airline, a real estate lawyer in private practice in Singapore, and a real estate law and environmental law academic in Singapore at various times in the last 25 years.
