Description

Business leaders and regulators are baffled by the high rate of corporate risk & regulatory mishaps, compliance gaps, and governance ineffectiveness across industries. Yet, few seem to be willing to dive deeper into the root causes, which amount to corporate culture failures. Fewer still are equipped to make meaningful interventions that turn the dial on corporate performance.

What can help senior decision-makers materially refine their approach and improve the legal & governance health of their organisations? And at which point does the defence of plausible deniability lose its legal and reputational lustre?

Together we will examine a novel approach to corporate culture, practical culture intervention tools, and specific solutions for various parts of the organisation. We will discuss how legal practitioners can support their boards and senior decision-makers in their culture investment journeys and help to improve the resilience of their organisations.
