Appointment of five IP legal experts as IP Adjudicators

Congratulations to Associate Professor Elizabeth Ng Siew Kuan on her appointment as one of five IP Adjudicators by the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS). These five established IP academics and legal professionals will serve as IPOS’ IP Adjudicators from 1 April 2016, for a two-year term.

The announcement was made in conjunction with the new mediation promotion scheme for intellectual property disputes resolution, effective from 1st April 2016.
