SAL Annual Review Series 2021

In conjunction with the Singapore Academy of Law’s (SAL) Annual Review of Singapore Cases 2020, this series of webinars evaluates the decisions of the Singapore Courts in 2020 as well as highlight the developments in the principal areas of the law that have taken place since.

On Wednesday 28 July 2021, co-authors of the Intellectual Property chapter of the SAL Annual Review of Singapore Cases, Professor Susanna HS Leong ’89 (Vice Provost (Masters’ Programmes and Lifelong Education)) and Professor David Tan (Head (Intellectual Property), EW Barker Centre for Law & Business) presented their summaries of key cases decided by the Court of Appeal and High Court in the year 2020.

They were joined by commentators Lam Chung Nian ’97 (Partner & Head of the Intellectual Property, Technology & Data Group, WongPartnership) and Gloria Goh ’05 (Counsel, Allen & Gledhill), and over 60 participants.
