The NUS Centre for International Arbitration (NUSCIA) serves as a regional and global platform for advancing the theory, practice, and institutional development of international arbitration. Building on Singapore’s established reputation as a leading dispute-resolution hub, the Centre integrates rigorous research, policy engagement, capacity building, and practitioner-focused programming to shape the next phase of arbitral evolution across ASEAN, Asia, and the broader Global South.

To drive world-class scholarship and practical innovation in international arbitration; to support the development of coherent, principled arbitral doctrine; and to build capacity across the region through education, training, and collaborative partnerships.
